Our small, high-touch cohort learning style ensures personalised attention and meaningful connection.
Have a question or need an adjustment?
Unlike traditional career programmes that focus primarily on external strategies, or coaching that relies solely on conversation, the Career Compass Method combines the structure of a guided programme with the depth of reflective coaching.
The programme begins by helping you build a strong foundation of self-understanding, before offering practical tools that move you from overthinking into real-world action. This is complimented by our cohort structure where you will be benefitted from the insights and reflections of other women on a similar journey to yours.
The Career Compass Method equips you with a lifelong framework for navigating career decisions with greater alignment, confidence, and direction.
The Career Compass Method is designed to be a supportive and confidential environment where you can discuss your career questions honestly.
Cohorts are intentionally small and thoughtfully curated, which helps build trust within the group. At the start of the Career Compass Method, participants (Women on Their Way) agree to not to share what has been discussed beyond the cohort, creating a space where everyone can reflect, ask questions, and share experiences openly.
Respect, confidentiality, and thoughtful listening are core principles of the programme.
✓ Clarity on what truly matters to you
✓ Understanding of how your mindset and nervous system affect performance
✓ Ability to design work around your strengths and desired life
✓ Confidence to start moving forward instead of waiting for certainty
✓ A decision on which direction to head in next
✓ An accountability cohort that can keep you dedicated to your next career step
