FAQs

Click here to join. Membership is annual, priced at £150 through September 21, 2026, and you can join any time. You're welcome to start with an event, open to the public, if you'd like to meet the community first.

Membership includes an accountability pod, a new one-to-one connection every other month, a monthly members' hour, coach access and discounted entry to WOOW events, plus more. The full breakdown is listed above. Founding membership is £150 a year, locked for as long as you stay a member. After September 21, 2026 the rate is £250.

Around two to three hours a month, spread out so it fits around a full life, with the option to extend further if you have the capacity for more. Your accountability pod checks in on WhatsApp for 15 minutes every two weeks and meets for an hour once a month. Members' Hours run monthly, and every two months you're paired with a new woman in the community for a coffee, a walk or a call. It's built as a light rhythm for a busy schedule, and beyond your pod, everything is optional.

Yes. Most women arrive at WOOW without a clear next step, just the sense that something needs to shift and the drive to do something about it. That's the starting point the community is built around, and it doesn't leave you there. The membership structure and connections support you while you build the self-knowledge to work out your next move in your own time.

You can join from anywhere, but WOOW is based in London and our in-person career events happen there. Members outside London can tap into accountability pods and coffee connections online, which we're set up to support. Members in or near London get all of that plus everything that happens in person.

Most women arrive here having already tried something else:
