At Women on Our Way (WOOW), we believe that no woman should have to navigate periods of growth, transition or reinvention alone. Whether she's seeking greater clarity, confidence or direction in her career, or support through a particular life stage, our aim is to connect her with trusted professionals who can help her move forward in a way that feels aligned with who she is and who she is becoming.
The WOOW Change Collective is a curated network of coaches and specialists whose values, expertise and approach align with the women we are here to support. Alongside helping women discover support independently, we also make personalised recommendations available for our members, based on their unique needs and circumstances.
This form is part of our vetting and curation process. It helps us understand your experience, qualifications, areas of expertise and the way you work, so that we can determine whether there is a strong fit with the WOOW community. Some of the information will be externally displayed on our website, and other parts will be used for our internal insight and membership curation.
Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a place in the Change Collective. Our intention is not to build the largest directory, but a trusted and thoughtfully curated network of support that women can feel confident turning to.

Community Standards
The standards everyone in the WOOW ecosystem agrees to uphold.
As a WOOW vetted practitioner, you are part of a trusted ecosystem designed to support women through periods of growth, transition, self-discovery and transformation.
We ask everyone in the WOOW Change Collective and in our community to uphold the following standards:
Practice within your scope
Practitioners agree to work within the boundaries of their qualifications, experience and scope of practice.
If topics arise that are outside of your scope of support — including but not limited to trauma, severe mental health concerns, eating disorders, abuse, addiction or clinical conditions — you agree to responsibly refer women to appropriately qualified professionals or services.
Prioritise emotional safety
Practitioners agree to create spaces that are respectful, non-judgemental, inclusive and emotionally safe.
We expect practitioners to support women with care, integrity and professionalism, recognising that many women within the WOOW community may be navigating vulnerable life or identity transitions.
Uphold integrity & honesty
Practitioners agree to represent their qualifications, certifications, experience and areas of expertise truthfully.
Practitioners should not make unrealistic promises or position their support as a replacement for therapy, medical care or licensed mental health support.
Respect confidentiality
Practitioners agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the women they support, except where safeguarding or legal obligations require otherwise.
Contribute constructively to the community
Practitioners agree to contribute to the WOOW ecosystem in ways that are thoughtful, supportive and aligned with our mission. Content shared within the WOOW community should:
- encourage deeper self-understanding
- support values-aligned growth
- foster reflection, clarity and meaningful conversation
- avoid fear-based, manipulative or overly promotional messaging
Continue professional development
Practitioners agree to maintain ongoing professional growth through continued learning, supervision, reflection or development practices where possible.

A note on our vetting
WOOW holds strict vetting standards for the Change Collective, and we're currently unable to accept coaches in your field without certification and at least 50 hours of coaching experience.
