Online Members Hour
How to spot and use them, without overdoing it
Explore what strengths really are, why they matter and how to shape your working life around them.
No ticket needed. Members join straight from the portal.
about the session
Most of us can name some things we're good at, but fewer have had a chance to fully understand what they actually are, or why they matter more than we tend to give them credit for.
Grounded in the Strengthscope framework, this workshop unpacks what strengths really are, how to notice them in your work, why playing to them beats fixing what comes less naturally, and what happens when a strength is overplayed.
You'll also learn how this awareness can translate into better collaboration with colleagues or collaborators.
Expect an interactive masterclass session with space to contribute your own thinking, plus one short, practical exercise to move from insight to action.
who it's for
This event is for you if you've noticed that some working days leave you energised while others feel like hard work, even when you're doing things you're good at.
It's also for you if you're still working out what kind of work suits you best, and want to make informed choices about where to put your time and energy as you continue building your career or business.
what you'll leave with
By the end of this Members Hour, you'll have a sharper sense of your own strengths, a better understanding of where they show up in your work and one concrete way to start noticing them in your daily activities.
